Samsung Galaxy A6+ what a joke

Just 2 weeks ago I upgraded my cellphone from a Samsung Galaxy J1 2016 to a Samsung Galaxy A6+. What a big mistake it was to take this phone. Sure it may have a bigger memory/storage but I've had problems with trying to get my Gmail emails to come thru to "email". It will simply not do it. Yet on my little old J1 2016 gmail came thru to gmail and to email simultaneously. This new A6+ no ways it will not do it. The Samsung rep at my local store can't sort it out. So actually after spending a hell of a lot of money this A6+ is actually a step back, it simply doesn't do what I had before. The second issue is with wifi printing. I downloaded the HP Smart print but for some reason the phone takes "too long" to connect to the printer so connection is aborted, although both phone & printer are on wifi. So to me this A6+ is actually a useless piece as it is not even able to do what my old J1 2016 did with speed and ease. Needless to say I'm very very dissatisfied with this Samsung Galaxy A6+.
