Samsung Galaxy A53 not repairable ( 3 month phone)

I bought a Samsung Galaxy A53 5G 3 months ago at telkom, my mistake was not to take an insurance with it, but that's not the case, the fell and there is just a scratch on it, I took it to different repairing stores they could not repair it, they said its not LCD, they checked the batter but nothing, they said it could be the power of the phone meaning it had a problem before, it is really terrible am sitting with a new phone that has just a scratch that I only used for 3 months and cannot be repaired anywhere that's insane, I really trusted Samsung but this is terrible
