Samsung Galaxy A31

For several months I've been using a Samsung Galaxy A31 cell phone obtained from MTN.

However, the beginning of every month I receive a notification to update my device. And that notification won't disappear unless I do the download / update.

3 different Samsung employees don't or can't provide me with an answer as to WHY should it be done EVERY month!?

I had several Samsung devices in the past i.e. cell phones and tablets, and device updates were necessary once in a while and not every flippen month.

As per a Samsung employee's instruction I did changes to the settings I was told to do and also did a factory reset last night. Needless to say, this morning that annoying device update notification is back on my phone. Now I was informed to send my phone to Samsung's repair centre to reload the software.

NO!!!! That is not the solution!! Clearly the A31 cell phones are ******* with pathetic software loaded.

Samsung, I need (1) another phone send to the MTN branch nearest to me or (2) refund me the value of the phone so that I an buy another brand.
