Samsung Galaxy A02 through TakeALot Sucks

I bought two Samsung Galaxy A02 phones this month through TakeALot For the Dual SIM device, the phone has a tendency to heat up when being used. When not in use, it cools down. The charger functions well enough but heats up. For the Single SIM device, the phone almost immediately heats up when being charged, takes up to 4 hours to be charged even when not in use, then the charger gets extremely hot. Also, the pin from the charger into the phone needs patience for it to connect and charge. I even purchased glass and back covers for both phones also through TakeALot. I am so angry and disappointed, stressing over spending time without a phone and all the inconveniences thereof. Both SamsungSA and TakeALot better be ready to bend over backwards to make this right.
