Samsung Galaxy 42mm watch
On the 31st January 2020 I wrote a review on my Samsung Galaxy 42mm watch. I very promptly received a message that a senior consultant would contact me. The senior consultant did phone input to say that another person would call me. The senior consultant had absolutely no background information on my case, so why even phone. Really Samsung, train these so called senior people! To date I've had no call send AGM still without my watch. I think it time to contact Samsung international, as far as I'm concerned they should be replacing my default watch.

17 Mar 2020, 21:19Still no watch R6000 down the drain. Customer centre useless! When they can't resolve the complaint they close your case! Rude call centre staff! I will NEVER buy a Samsung product again. Still have no watch, this has been carrying on since December.
