SAMSUNG FULL OF LIES AND EMPTY PROMISES
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Their after sales support is disgusting and they fail to honour what they promise in their "promos". I have exhausted contacted every department including zaestore, CEO desk, marketing, ***, samsung.promotions. I've had it and this has been going on since February. It's time this gets escalated to the National Consumer Commission as I have exhausted trying to rectify this with Samsung and have all the proof of my communications and many many reference numbers
