Samsung fridge poor service.

<p>I purchase a fridge at Game Vosloorus on 27 February 2015 (CDD number ********** ) Samsung 499 at R15900. I am very much disappointed to learn that Samsung/Game does not honour its guarantee to black buyers.</p> <p> </p> <p>I started having problems in October 2016 when the fridge temperature rose to 26 degrees Celsius. This is heating and not cooling. I reported the matter to customer care,</p> <p>Two technicians came to do repairs<br />Two other technicians came to also do repairs<br />One engineer also came late in November 2016<br /> </p> <p>My food rot in the fridge and was destroyed. Over the phone, the engineer promised that the fridge would be replaced.</p> <p> </p> <p>I phoned many people at Game – Vosloorus and Samsung but failed to get proper service or a settlement.</p> <p> </p> <p>May you please let me know if it is possible to solve the problem or I have to forget.</p> <p> </p> <p>Yours Faithfully</p> <p>Walter Maqungo</p> <p> </p>
