Samsung fridge- Poor quality

Hello Samsung, South Africa, I thought I should bring this for your attention, I don't know what your fridges are made up with, but whatever you are using is poor quality, I bought a fridge in 2023, after few hours of using the water dispenser, it started leaking, I reported it, they sent technician, the leaking stopped for few hours, I had to report again and sent the technician and it stopped, a month later I noticed a dent at the bottom door and when I reported it, the salesman said it's too late , to change it, I should have reported it on the first day. I explained to him that my fridge is mat black, and it is not easy to see dents, then I moved towns, and the fridge was wrapped up nicely with blankets, to our surprise when we got home, all the doors are dented so badly, I really regret why I bought a Samsung fridge. When I reported it, I was told to pay a call out fee and I will also have to pay for both doors to be replaced. I would not recommend Samsung brand to any one, looking at the dented fridge everyday makes me very upset,
