Samsung Fridge handle support failure
Dear Samsung South Africa.
We need to report a Samsung Fridge top handle support failure. Send me an email so I can send the photos of the top plastic handle support and the technical label photos.
The freezer door is very hard to open as seems that the systems sucks air to keep a Internal pressure but this puts a strain on the fragile plastic door handles support. This was supposed to be made by metal like many others.
I would like to open a formal complaint about this as this is an very expensive fridge and this should not be happening as it is a simple operation such as "opening a door". Hide quoted text
