Samsung Fridge / Freezer not cooling - looking for parts

Trying on and off for more than a month to find parts (sensors and a fuse) for my Samsung Fridge / Freezer to have it repaired. Purchased 7 years ago. The model number is SR-L709EVSS.

Spoke to Yvonne on ********** but has no idea what is going on - and also cannot confirm where I can get the parts.

I have many Samsung appliances... Washing machine, Cellular phones, TV, DVD player, Fridge/Freezer, Microwave oven to name just a few and this definitely will make me reconsider the brand I support going forward.
