Samsung Fridge
I bought a samsung fridge from makro then within less than 10 months of purchasing the fridge it stopped working, they technicians came and have a look on it after running after them for days. The technician found that the fridge has a leakage from inside and can not be fixed so I have to be given a new one but its been 3weeks now without a fridge and they are telling me they are still escalating the matter.

11 Oct 2022, 09:42So when I am waiting for you to investigate what should I use because everything in the fridge is rotten, you know very well things are now expensive. I can not survive another week without a fridge. This is really frustrating. The technician wrote a report that the fridge can not be fixed but still you want to investigate?
What exactly are you investigating because everything is writing on the report.
When I purchased the fridge my money was taken very fast and the purchased was done same day but now when I am having problems with the fridge I am getting run arounds? The fridge has 10year warranty but within less than 10months its difficult for it to be replaced.
Your brand is very poor and I will never recommend it to anyone.
