Samsung Fridge

My Samsung fridge/freezer with water dispenser is broken. I bought this fridge in 2013 and now have lost over R2000 worth of food and meat because last Thursday when I got home the fridge was warm and everything was defrosted. Now, as a family of 3 we need to use a cooler box and Ice to keep our food that we need to buy everyday cold to prevent it from going bad. According to the technician I spoke to it would cost up to R1900 to fix it as there can either be a gas leak or the compressor is faulty. How can this be possible for a new fridge??<br> We only use Samsung appliances but given the fact that their lifespan of their appliances is this short, I think Ill be switching to a different manufacturer. Im really unhappy and frustrated with Samsung. What can I do to resolve this?<br>
