Samsung French double door fridge

I purchased a double door French style Fridge 5 years ago and have had trouble with this model since the first month. We have sent over 120 emails to Samsung, had their recommended repair guys out but they cannot fix the fridge. The ice dispenser continually freezes up, the fridge drips water all the time, resulting in rust inside and we have to clean all the time to avoid mould. Samsung send a receipt of acknowledgement to the emails, call us and then no further action is taken. They deny that we have reported this fridge during the warrantee period and will just not replace or assist us in any way. The most shocking service I have ever had in my life and a 5 year old fridge should last at least another 10 years.
