Samsung free TV promotion

I upgraded vodacom contract in September and part of the deal was a free Samsung TV. Registered my claim and just never heard anything. NUMEROUS calls, emails and just no feedback whatsoever. Pathetic service!!! Guess which brand I'll be staying away from in future?
