Samsung free gift

For Black Friday there was a promotion at Telkom , if you purchase a Samsung, you will get a free gift that is a free watch and earpots. I took out 2 x contracts, buying 2 x Samsung A35 5G cellphones. I had to register online to be approved. Samsung approved both giving codes and a Whatsapp contact. Well only one gift came. The other free gift never came. My daughters was so excited for their gifts. But thank you Samsung for only making one of my daughters happy. It's like making a promises, you can't keep. I emailed Samsung, they requested me to send prove of purchase and all documents, this is after they approved it the first time. And after sending them it again, they never rep****. I keep on trying to phone them, but there is no answer. So how can you send one gift and not the other? My daughter asks me every day for her gift that was supposed to be delivered last year already. Samsung deliver on your promotion and promises.
