Samsung ***** & *********** repair centre
Samsung as a brand is truly a let down. After being a loyal customer of the brand for years, you have destroyed any confidence I had in the brand! Their customer service and repair centre incompetence is shocking! My watch went back 3 times to be repaired, with their whole strategy seemingly to wait until the device is out of warranty! And then reject the replacement!!
