Samsung flip with factory fault .****med
Bought Samsung flip at Samsung mall of Africa for R34 999.99 on the 09 September 2020.on the 12th October phone screened became extremely hot ,phone speaker went off and had a tiny change of color on the LCD .Took it back reported the problem. A week later I'm told they have fixed the over heating and speaker but the LCD they cant they need R13000.00.
Phone never felt also they confirmed the dot color comes inside. Spend R34 999.99 for a phone that has factory problem .Now I'm being told the some fault cannot be fixed what kind of reaping is this.
