Samsung Flip Phone repairs Oakdale Cape Town

Has anyone had a problem with Samsung repair store in Old Oak Cape Town?

I went there to claim, under warranty, a faulty Flip phone screen which gave problems without damaging it.

The consultant pointed out some scratches on the back of the phone only. Suddenly the next day, there was a dent on the front of the phone. Almost impossible as a user to damage it due to the nature of a Flip phone.

I requested time stamps of when the pictures were taken of the damage. Turns out the timestamp was 16:14. Based on what I can recall, those pics were taken before 16:07. Requested video evidence as this will be conclusive evidence as to whether damages were there before hitting the repairs assessment but was denied this opportunity. How does one resolve this? Neither Samsung nor the store is willing to assist. I will gladly retract if proven wrong but something does not sit well with this issue.
