Samsung Flip phone problems

To whom it may concern, I purchased the Samsung Flip phone October 2023. The whole screen cracked beginning of February 2024 and the clerk at the Vodacom shop told me that they receive a lot Flip phones with the same problems. I have a two-year warrantee on the phone, but when i sent it to be fixed, they quoted me R 12 500.00 to fix. I don't know why they call it a warrantee if this is how I got treated.

One star is to much on this phone as I actually want to rate them minus 5.
