Samsung Flip flawed, blaming unrelated bumps not to do repairs.

i bought a Samsung flip 4. After 4 months the screen cracked and i had to repair it under the warantee. Again now at 9 months my phone screen cracked again the same way it did the first time. but now they blame a small scratch on the back of the phone. Samsung flip phone is flawed as they state it can only last a certain amount of times opening and now they use unrelated defects to cancel the warantee.
