SAMSUNG flip 4
I bought a samsung flip 4 and after 4 months the screen just went black, I sent it in and now have to pay R12,900 to fix it. According to them, the 24 month warranty will not cover it. poor service and their guarantees mean nothing. they will look for something not to fix your phone. as well as my phone didn't even fall and even less there is no damage on the screen. but they just refuse. stay away from samsung!!!!!!!
