Samsung Fit (NOT)

My Samsung Fit watch is a few months old. The Bluetooth was faulty. I booked it in at the store in Rivonia. Got it back after 4 days. Still faulty. Called and spoke to Palesa who told me the manager shalen wasn't in and he would call me the next day. It's 2 days later and no one has called. I still have a faulty device
