SAMSUNG FIND MY PHONE USELESS!!!

Good day, I am highly disappointed at the secure assurance of Samsung! My phone was ****** two week ago. I have the find my Samsung app loaded and active. For the first two days the phone was displaying on the page after that it just disappear. My question now is for a phone worth R10000 how is that possible? Samsung should be one for the worlds leading phone makers and here this happens where someone bypassed the security functions. I am highly disappointed in this and this and feel that more customers should be awear that if their phones get ****** Samsung application is useless.
