Samsung feels nothing for the little guy and aren't clear in what to expect of their products

I bought a 85" QLED Samsung tv through a reputable online store in March 2025 and the picture on the tv has never been what one would expect from a premier product. I have been in contact with Samsung via multiple platforms to address the issue only to now be told that Samsung will not be refunding my money or replacing my tv as "Blooming" is normal on QLED tv's. Google it and see for yourself if you would be happy with that type of picture on an expensive tv. Samsung view is that the seller should have told me about that issue and when I said I was going to take the matter further I was assured I would receive a final communication from them regarding the matter so that I may approach the ombudsman but to date have still not received anything.

That however is beside the point as the tv was bought through an online store where no such disclaimer is made and anyway surely it is the responsibility of Samsung to make customers aware of this issue as they carry the warranty. If this "blooming" issue is a common one, then the product should never have made it to market in the first place. Long and short thereof is, I as the customer am now sitting with my hands in my hair as Samsung clearly feels nothing for its loyal customers. My advise to anyone wanting to a buy a Samsung product is simple - DONT!
