Samsung faulty devices and not water resistant as they claim

I have an S7 Edge which according to Samsung is water resistant up to 1.5m for no longer than 30 min. I got some water on my handset and it has now stopped reading my sim and opens up apps and closes them on its own. My phone was not cover in water what so ever. According to Samsung in Canal Walk, because my "water resistant" S7 got water on it it is now out of warranty. How is that possible? The phone is supposed to be water resistant!!!! Samsung this is pathetic!!! Your device is not water resistant as you claim. Disgusting that you advertise this when it is not true. Not to mention that you out right refuse to have the phone fixed or replaced because it got water on it. YOU, Samsung said the phone is water resistant. I should not have issues like this
