SAMSUNG FANTASTIC !!

<p>My 2 year old Samsung Auto WF1124xAU kept showing the error code E3 which meant a motor error. It took a while and patience but I must say that they came out to my house which is 2 hours from CT (very friendly and knowledgeable guys) and replaced TWO motors and the PCBoard AT NO COST and now the machine hums along nicely. They came back twice and the one day fell on a Saturday!!!</p> <p>THANK YOU SAMSUNG FOR GOING THE EXTRA MILE .......SOOO APPRECIATED!!</p>
