Samsung false promotion promises.

Purchased a Samsung S23 plus in february. I was enticed to purchase by their promotion at the time where I would get a tablet and a discount voucher where I could use it to buy samsung products on line. I received the tablet, but to date have not received the voucher. What makes it worse is that I am now in June and still after, many emails, daily phone calls both to store and samsung, many escalations, many references after references, after uploading document proof ad nausium, I still have no voucher and quiet honestly only an act of GOD will deliver said promises. This is not only irritating, frustrating and very unpleasant experience, but just down right wrong. No one can help, not the store nor the umpteen consultants contacted over 4 months in their call centre. I have endorsed one of many case reference numbers.
