SAMSUNG FALSE ADVERTISING ON PROMOTIONS

On the 16th December 2017 I upgraded my 2 cell phone contracts to Samsung S8 which was on a PROMO and I was promised 2 x 32" Samsung TV's - I had to send through my TV Licence (the same day - which I did on the Samsung rewards app) - the Samsung Rep at the MTN store at Century City helped us with this. To date I have not received any TV? After numerous e-mails and sending the Invoice for the cell phones, my TV Licence again & again - there was still nothing from Samsung. Thereafter I got an e-mail from their delivery department to say I did not send the correct info on time!!! I have proof from my e-mails all was done on time. They did not bother contacting me or explaining why I did not receive the TVs. This is false advertising and misleading and after all theft. I'm not getting any response from Samsung. I will NEVER purchase anything with the name SAMSUNG ever again. And if Samsung responds to this and it has been escalated - I know from experience - it has been escalated to NOWHERE!!!!! I want what was promised - this is not a matter of the TV's anymore but FALSE Advertising. I will not stop here - I will inform everyone!!
