SAMSUNG FALSE ADVERTISING AND EMPTY PROMISES
After more then a month i'm still not able to claim my voucher or anything that came with the note 20, I am still stuck with the reference number for the case i logged and every time i call or message its the same excuse, it's being escalated is always the reply......Wake up Samsung its is going to cost you in the future. A lot of reviews of unhappy customers!!!!!! Will this be resolved???
