Samsung False advertising

I upgraded my S7edge to S9+ because of the free fitbit that came with it . nearly 2month and I'm still waiting for the fitbit . This is false advertising Samsung Mtn blames your company and keeps on saying they waiting for your reply to their endless emails ...hoping that someone will sort this out
