Samsung **** deals

I purchased a Samsung note 20 and registered to be a Samsung member, on doing that i was sent a R4000 e-store voucher with tracking number and told i would be contacted within 48-74 hours. 2 weeks had past so I decided to phone only to be told I didn't by my phone on the right date end of story. As for the phone sanitizing unit I wouldn't even bother they probably going to tell you there's no stock or bought on wrong date. As seen on TV they said! I bought the phone because of the voucher but I think iPhone will be better buy. Really not happy.
