Samsung excuses
They do not deserve any stars. Upgraded to a new phone, claimed buds and watch as per instructions, and that is it. No further communications, no emails, they do not answer a phone. Received the following reply on a web chat this morning, that took forever. Why do companies run promotions and then have the backlog excuse. Should they not know that this will happen. Poor planning on Samsung's side. In fact, no planning
Please note that they have a backlog at the moment as there are a lot of orders to be made they will get back to you soon we are really sorry for that.
