Samsung Exchange Department

I bought a Samsung SUHD TV in April 2016 and it failed four months later. The customer care people from Samsung were very helpful and efficient in sending someone to assess the problem. They confirmed that they would have to replace the TV with a new one as it was only 6 months old. The exchange department however are extremely difficult to get hold of and after 2 days of trying, I managed to get hold of a lady that works in that department. She told me they have a backlog and could not tell me when I could expect my replacement. I asked to speak to the manager and was told he is in a meeting. I then asked for the managers name and was told that she is not allowed to give the managers name. My TV cost me R47 000 and I have no idea when it will be replaced. Just not acceptable service form a global brand.
