Samsung - Empty Promo Promises
Received an email in Nov 2020 congratulating me as I qualified for a free TV due to my purchase of a smartphone. Docs sent on the 23rd Dec, 8th and 16th of Jan. No reply. No one answers the number supp****. Emails are bouncing back from the supp**** email address. Utter ******* and incompetence shown by Samsung. To top it off, the phone already has had to be booked in for a fault which was repaired and 1 month later, same issue.
