Samsung empty promises 32"tv

I have purchased the Samsung note 20 5g and submitted for a 32" tv promo on the 16th December 2020 I have called the call center numerous times always get someone new to try and assist on the matter ,getting promoted that i will be added on the list for next week. I called again only for the consultant say it is not a promotional item. So the consultant responds to say it is and they will resubmit it as it is a promotional item they then added to say i will receive a email confirming where i stand. A week past still no email received by the samsung team i called again only to speak to someone new . The consultant then goes on to say my ID is invalid that was something new to me that ID book could be invalid this was definitely a joke. I had to resubmit a copy of my ID book. Every time you call in you get to speak to someone if you request to speak to the person that was trying to help you the 1st time or the previous time it is always the person is busy and the new consultant thinks they can help you out this is a load of bull . if this is the way samsung treats there customers I have used samsung phones for about 10 years now all of my appliances is samsung going forward it would have to change I would consider to change to a product that can keep to there promises and let there customers down .
