Samsung Electronics Poor tv quality - ******
We have acquired a samsung latest TV for my family to enjoy and it costed us R35,000. The tv has given us endless problems from the 1st day. Half of the tv screen is dark. They have gone online to repair this on numerous times but is worse. I have got to samsung and asked them for a refund. They are now giving me the run around. They want to repair the tv but I purchased a new one send the tv was an issue from the first day. These are a bunch of *******.
