SAMSUNG EASTGATE, SHOCKING!

Unfortunately I forgot the password on my old phone. Samsung Eastgate just charged me R450 to clear the phone without telling me the cost up front. In hindsight I could have had it cleared for R70 at a private vendor. I think its disgusting. Terrible service Samsung Eastgate.
