Samsung earbuds not received after years of purchase

Hello Peter, I have purchased the Samsung S21 years ago and when I purchased it, went to the Samsung store at the Mall of Africa and was advised by the Consultants that when the phone was purchased by renewing my Vodacom contract that the ear buds were part of the promotion together with a key ring finder. Its been years and I am still waiting and tired of following up with Samsung. Even though I am a Samsung fan, I don't think that Samsung would be my phone moving forward. Wanted to share this story so other Consumers are on the look out for these empty promises. Very disappointed and did not expect this from Samsung.
