Samsung 'Ear Bud' promotion with a Cellphone contract Renewal.

After renewing Two Cellphone contracts with Telkom, I was to receive a promotional gift offered by Samsung with each phone which were ear buds. To date I have only received one set. At the Telkom store I was informed to wait as they may be delayed. Which I did. After another week I was told to go to a Samsung store. On further inquiries at a Samsung store I was told to communicate with there Promotional department via email with the relevant info. This all started on the 1st of October2025. After a number of emails sent, going unanswered. I finally received a request for the Reference number given to me on the renewal of the contract, today the 22nd. This info was supp**** with all the emails sent. Lets see the out come.
