Samsung e voucher

I purchased a Samsung note 20 ultra on the 21August 2020 which was a friday from vodacom,when I called in.i received my phone the next week,attached in the box was a invoice which was dated the 24th of August 2020.when I tried requesting my voucher it was declined for the R4000 e voucher and I received a uv sterilizer voucher which I didn't redeem.i queried this with vodacom and received the correct documents thereafter which stated I bought the phone on the 21 August 2020,the reason they had the incorrect date is because they have a backlog and only handled the administration the next week.i have sent this to *** but I am still not getting feedback on this issue.i require a R4000 e voucher.this offer enticed me to take this contract and I had bought this device on the 21 August 2020 which made me qualify for this promotion.my ref number for the escalation is ***.my phone number is ***.all this information can be verified with vodacom.please assist with resolving this matter.thank you
