SAMSUNG DONT WANT TO REPAIR THEIR PRODUCT

Hi. I have a Samsung rear projection tv 157cm which I paid R25 000.00 about 12 years ago. the sound and the picture is gone. I called Samsung and was told they do not repair those Samsung tv anymore. Personally the product is fantastic but now I would have to switch to another company to buy a new tv. I personally think if a company is not willing to fix they should at least compensate. remember R25 000 , 12 years ago is a heck a lot of money. and hearing from them that they not willing to send someone to fix the tv is disgusting.
