samsung dont care

I go to upgrade my phone to a S9 - I get told it comes with a Gear fit 2 and a R500 voucher. I tried for two days to contact Samsung Rewards only to get this response : Thank you for your email. As per our Terms & Conditions, we are unable to assist you with your claim This campaign has ended at Samsung Rewards on 15 March 2018 and you had to claim for the Gear Fit 2 watch through the Rewards app before the campaign ended. The campaign was then extended until 22 March 2018 to accommodate our customers, but has now completely ended. Please see point 4.2 of the terms and conditions for this campaign :

4.2. No claims for any Gear Fit2 Pro purchased during the Promotion Period will be accepted or processed after 22 March 2018.
