SAMSUNG DOESNT RETURN DEVICES - ROGUES

Yugen Kistadu from Samsung head office arranged collection of my device over 3 weeks ago, my device was to be returned to me last week Monday 24/02/2020, i have sent Yugen numerous emails regarding my device to which he doesnt reply or phone me back, my device is still not with me to date. If my device is not delivered today Samsung needs to pay me back the value of the device. I am tired of receiving such poor and pathetic service from Samsung and from Yugen, How do you guys employ clowns like Yugen in a management role when he cannot answer a simple email????? SAMSUNG SUCKS!!!!
