Samsung does repairs with duck tape.
I have a Washer dryer that is out of warranty now. They did fix it, but i found out that when they fixed it the first time under warranty, when they replaced the front tub, they used duck tape to complete the repair. After numerous mails to the customer service, with dates of repairs and photos, not one person can reply or give a call. Really pathetic.
