Samsung does not stand by their faulty products

I complained about the samsang that is faulty and too date Samsung has not bothered to give me a replacement phone. Why buy a samsang when the phone is consistantly spending time under repairs. The phone is almost out of warranty and samsung has not provided any assurance for their own product. I feel exploited as I am a retired pensioner and Samsung is only interest in their bottom line. Dont buy a samsung phone.
