Samsung does not honour their Cell phone warranties
I have been a loyal Samsung Cell phone supporter for the last 20 yrs. The last few weeks I have experienced the most horrific after sales service from Samsung repairs in SA. They refusing to accept that the S22 that is under warranty is not picking up the Vodacom signal. They refusing to replace the phone after only 8 months of use. Please be careful buying the Samsung S22 phone or expecting Samsung SA to honour their warranty
