Samsung, ditch poor Service Centers ‼️, its Costing You

MM All electronics are ****** and ******s. I had my microwave booked in for a Warranty Repair through the store I bought it from, little did I know the nightmare was about to get real. I have always been warned of MM all electronics, though I let my gut down to give then a chance, I was proven wrong.

I called the store I bought the microwave from to see if I can collect my microwave, they gave me a green light and a Reference number to use. I arrived at the pick up workshop in MM All where I found that they needed to verify if I was the owner of the microwave with the store and I was authentically passed, but there was a lady by the name Carla who just thinks she's above everyone. She insisted on charging me for a In Warranty Assessment fee of R220.00, which I knew was bull **** as I work for Samsung myself and know that any In Warranty Assessment is free and should it be rejected, as a customer you do not pay for that Assessment but are asked if I want to proceed with the repair OUT of warranty, from there you may be charged any fees related. Upon her being adamant that I need to pay the Assessment fee, I began schooling her about the GSPN booking in system that when they received the microwave, they were supposed to open a S/O under warranty since there was no damage, scratch or dent on the unit. Initially, the microwave will run but after running it will fail to warm up or heat anything thus I took it to MM All for a warranty repair under the Samsung warranty buyer agreement.

The Carla lady then refused to acknowledge the book in process claiming her store and Samsung have their own procedures which confused me alot and frustrated me to call the store owners who questioned why I was asked to pay for a warranty repair nor an assessment, but Carla was above everyone demanding I pay. To make matters worse, after the store confirmed I was the owner of the microwave, she declined giving ot to me claiming she wants the store driver who brought it in to come and collect it. I stay in Sandton myself and if the driver has to collect the microwave, I will need to drive to Centurion to collect and that makes it crazy. The store tried to reason with her but said she want an original copy not printed amd wants the driver to come and collect the unit. The store sent both me and her the job card proving that I am the owner amd have the right to collect the unit but she just wanted to frustrate the day out of me,

Now I suggest Samsung retrains the staff at MM All on Warranty procedures amd empathy as I have my house fully furnished with Samsung Appliances and if the service by its agents does not improve, it simply says a lot about Samsung not taking its after sales business seriously.

Samsung, please get back to me amd advise Carla at MM All that inwill not pay for a Warranty repair nor an assessment, as I will be collecting this unit on Tuesday 28th October 2020. Samsung get on the call with me and MM All and rectify the issue early
