Samsung - Dissatisfied Ex customer

Samsung SA has an agent in Cape Town called Unitronics that took money from me for a service that was never rendered as my mobile phone was subsequently shipped off to another repairer. I have tried for well over a month to get my money back. This includes numerous visits to the agent's premises and repeated email requests to both Samsung and their agent but nothing has materialized after numerous promises. Frankly, they don't give a damn about their customers as all you get is lip service.
