Samsung dishwasher Samsung only sees a number

I will never ever recommend Samsung in my life again they have disappointed me so much i that i will never be able to look at there products the same way. I purchased a Samsung dishwasher from a spar that they use as a retail outlet the machine broke within the 1st 2 months i have a guarantee don't even know why i bother with it as they don't replace the machine they replaced the parts that broke only after i had to struggle to get service in the 1st place. Got the new machine back with the parts they replaced and it's not 2 weeks later it broke again. Still they don't want to refund me or even give me a new machine they come and fetch it in an old bakkie straching it all the way to the workshop. Paid R5500 for what .......
