Samsung disappoints

12 March 2017

On or about early November 2016 I arranged with Samsung for a call out because of my faulty Samsung Soundbar and CE/ DVD player

i paid the call out fee R450 on 7.11. 2016 ref 470720*592

samsung technician visited my premises on 7.11.2016 at 12h07 , regrettably left no job card

i called Samsung Rivonia rd on 31 January as the Soundbar had stopped working I was told to call the service Centre at ********** 205'and speak to Melanie

i called on 2February and spoke to Melanie who said I was to speak Denisa who wasn't available and I asked the call be returned. No returned call

I called again the same day and spoke to Denisa who said he would investigate the job and come back to me . Denisa never called back.

i called again date unknown without success

i called again on 9 March Denisa undertook again to talk to " my manager" and phone me back which he did. He said manager said I must pay for another call out. I rejected this and asked to speak to the manager a certain Mr Moti" . Denisa said the manger is not available and he would have the manger call me . Moti did not phone me back on the 9th or 10th March

Such service is unacceptable . It is common cause and certainly according to the Consumer Protection Act that all services carry a reasonable warranty.

certainly this is not the case with Samsung Service Rivonia rd

I recommend Samsung resolve my above described issue urgently
